 Insurance

To see if insurance will help with costs, you will have to check with them, first. It’s easy! Call the number on the back of your card and ask about mental health reimbursement and where to submit the receipt of service.

 While most plans need to be verified, you can generally expect to have sessions covered by Aetna, Optum, United Healthcare, Spring Health EAP, Halcyon, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Anthem, and Humana (in CA & TX)
